Technical Discovery Before We Quote

The initial diagnostic takes 48 hours. To sign price and date we add one to two weeks of discovery with senior architects. That work has its own fixed price and is credited to the project.

A Signed Price That Doesn't Move

We quote after discovery, never before, with estimates grounded in similar systems we've already delivered. The number you sign is the number you pay. If the work demands more effort than expected, we take on that risk as part of the commitment.

Milestones with Verifiable Criteria

Every milestone is defined in writing with measurable criteria and approved with software running in a test environment. You approve working features, not status reports.

Change Control with Your Approval

Whenever you need to add or remove scope, we open a change request and estimate its impact on price and timeline in writing. You pre-approve it before we build anything. No deviation gets built without your sign-off.

Quality Included in the Price

A price only stays fixed if quality is built into the estimate from the start. That's why automated QA, CI/CD and AI-assisted engineering are included in the price, not an extra that gets cut when the deadline tightens.

Warranty and Support Included

Every project includes a 90-day defect warranty and 6 months of post-delivery support. We hand over living documentation and a complete handover so your team can run the system.
